Terms and Conditions
These conditions govern the snow removal service contracts offered by Steve Kemp Snow Removal, in strict compliance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Coverage period
The seasonal snow removal contract is valid from November 15 to April 15 inclusively. Any early (before Nov. 15) or late (after April 15) intervention will be billed per call, subject to availability.
Triggering of operations
Our snow removal teams are deployed automatically for any snow accumulation on the ground reaching 5 cm (2 inches) or more. Minor precipitation is handled by a final cleanup pass at the end of the storm.
Customer responsibilities
The area to be cleared must be completely free of obstacles (vehicles, recycling bins, electrical extension cords). The company declines all responsibility for damage to objects that are not visible, buried under the snow, or left in the work area.
Cancellation policy (OPC)
In accordance with the rules of the Office de la protection du consommateur, you may cancel a service contract. If you cancel before the end of the season, fees equivalent to the services already rendered or a penalty provided by law may be charged. The contract must be returned to us signed to be valid.
